Installing Coastal Ride and Creating Your Account

Step 1

Download and install the Coastal Ride App! We have a version for iPhones and Android phones. The app installation is straightforward and shouldn’t take long at all.

Step 2

Launch the app and tap “Sign Up”. Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then fill in the fields to create your free account and tap “Sign Up”.

Step 3

After signing up, a final disclaimer window will appear and then you’re ready to book your ride!

Booking Your First Ride

Step 1

Assuming you’ve created an account or logged in, you should see a map with your present location centered. If this is the location you’d like to be picked up from, simply touch the “Book Now” button in the bottom left corner of the screen. 

If you’d like to choose a different pickup location, touch the address you see above the map and enter the new pickup location.

From the main booking screen, you can also Estimate you Fare, choose a different type of vehicle with the Car Type option, and send the driver notes using Help Driver.

Optionally, you can touch “Destination” and set your destination. 

Step 2

Once everything is set as desired, touch “Book Now”. The details of your ride will be shown for confirmation. Touch “Book” to schedule your ride!
