“Coastal Ride” is a trade name owned by Hampton Roads Transportation, Inc. (the “Company”), which is based in Norfolk, Virginia.  The Company licenses the use of “Coastal Ride” to local transportation companies, including Norview Cars, Inc., Black and White Cars, Inc., Checker Cab Company, Inc., Yellow Cab of Newport News, Inc., and Black and White Cabs of Virginia Beach, Inc. (collectively, the “Cab Companies”).  The Cab Companies lease taxicabs to independent lessee drivers who provide transportation services throughout their service areas.
